KOMETYAY, 1989 yılında kaliteli ve hassas yay üretimi yapmak amacıyla Bursa’da kurulmuştur. 1993 yılında KOMETYAY YAY SAN.ve SAN.TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. olarak tescil edilmiştir. Mekanik ve CNC Yay Sarma ve Form makineleri ile TSE ve DIN yay normlarına uygun 0.15 çaptan 8.00 çapa kadar her türlü baskı, çekme, kurma, segman, form yaylar ve band malzemeler üreterek endüstrinin tüm kollarına yönelik faaliyetlerine devam etmektedir. KOMETYAY’ın amacı, müşterilerinin mevcut ve gelecekteki gereksinim ve beklentilerinin tatminini arttıracak kaliteli ürün,zamanında teslimat, uygun fiyat gibi temel prensipler doğrultusunda mal ve hizmet sunmaktadır. Teknolojisini sürekli geliştiren KOMETYAY, deneyimi, modern teknoloji, uzman teknik kadrosu ve tüm çalışanlarıyla müşterilerinin sürekli hizmetindedir. Firmamızda tüm yay çeşitleri, TÜV RHEİNLAND tarafından belgelendirilmiş ISO 9001:2008 Kalite Yönetim sistemi standartlarına göre üretilmektedir.

Producing compression, extension, torsion, piston ring, form springs and tape materials ranging from diameter of 0.15 – 8.00 as well as compliant to TSE ve DIN spring norms with Mechanic, CNC Spring Winding and Forming machinery, the company has wide range of business. The aim of KOMETYAY is offering products and services based on strict principles such as meeting and exceeding customers requirements and expectations for today and future, producing quality and cost- effective products, timely delivery. Enhancing its’ technology everyday, KOMETYAY, offers continuous services to customers with companies’ vast experience, modern technology, professional technical staff and dedicated personnel.
